I bought some tires from Ebay through these guys and once i got the tires mounted i noticed a small bubble on the sidewall of one tire. Even though i was a couple of days out of the window to get a replacement the guy at United took care of me and sent a replacement. I am very thankful for these guys and they seem to know how to make repeat customers through their actions. Human touch goes a long ways in the retail world. I am a customer for good now, and i am thankful to their customer service guys for being understanding about the situation.

Absolutely terrible seller! I bought two tires from them and BOTH had huge patches on the inside! I have no idea how they can sell such dangerous products to the public and claim they have warranty behind it. What good is a warranty if the tires cause a crash and injure people? One tire had a rusty piece of metal and a hole on the top thread and the representative told me it looks like a PEBBLE and recommended me to pull it out myself so they can confirm! Who would tell a customer to pull out a piece of anything from a tire? Then they said they'll redund me minus $60 for shipping! Terrible service from this company. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this business for a long time because they’ve always offered great prices, solid products, and, until today excellent customer service. I’ve purchased both tires and window tint here and have consistently recommended them to others. However, my experience today was very disappointing. After purchasing four new tires, one of them turned out to have a sidewall puncture before installation. Instead of replacing it with a new tire under the same warranty as the others, I was offered a used tire with less warranty, which didn’t feel like a fair solution for an issue that wasn’t my fault. I was appalled when one of the options was to plug it, which I am not an expert on, but a sidewall plug is not safe or acceptable, especially when I have kids traveling in this car. The delays were also frustrating. I was initially told the swap would take about two hours, but it took two hours just to get my car into the service bay. After waiting a total of about 3.5 hours, I was informed that one of the tires had a hole in it, raising the question of why a defective tire was sold to me in the first place. Lightning fast free delivery, great selection at a good price. I only needed one tire and was able to match it exactly at United Tires. The tire arrived the next day in great condition (as described). My experience was very good.
